Where can I experience ROCCO pieces?
Yes.
We believe furniture is meant to be experienced, not just viewed on a screen.
Selected pieces are displayed in our showroom atย 'Thomas' Zeev Belfer 17, Kfar Savaย and partner locations. You can find the relevant display location, when available, directly on each product page.
When will my order arrive?
Most in-stock items are delivered within 3โ10 business days.
For Pre-Order products, the estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.
Why do some products look slightly different from the images?
Many of our products are made using natural materials such as wood, leather, stone, and genuine cowhide.
Natural variations in grain, texture, tone, pattern, and markings are part of what makes each piece unique and should not be considered defects.
In addition, photography, screen settings, and lighting conditions may affect how colors and materials appear online compared to how they appear in person.
No two pieces are exactly alike โ and that's exactly how we like it.
What does the warranty cover?
All HOUSE OF ROCCO products include a 12-month warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, or damage caused by unauthorized modifications.
Can I return a product?
Yes.
Returns may be requested in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection regulations.
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or issue unrelated to customer use, installation, or handling, we will arrange collection and replacement or refund at our expense.
Are all pieces kept in stock?
We aim to keep our collection available for immediate delivery whenever possible.
Occasionally, certain pieces may be offered as pre-order due to demand or production timelines.
When this happens, it will always be clearly noted on the product page, together with the estimated delivery timeframe.
How is delivery handled?
Deliveries are carried out by professional furniture transportation teams.
For selected products and locations, assembly services may also be available.
Will the piece look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors, textures, and materials as accurately as possible.
Still, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, and the natural character of materials.
How do I know the piece will fit my space?
Every product page includes detailed dimensions and specifications to help you better understand scale and proportions.We always recommend measuring your space carefully before purchasing โ including entrances, hallways, elevators, and staircases.If you need help visualizing a piece in your space, feel free to reach out to us.
