Why We Chose It

HUGO feels more like jewelry than furniture.

We chose it for the contrast between its presence and how little material it needs to create it. A slender frame, stretched saddle leather and proportions that leave plenty of air around the piece.

At just 12 kg, it can be moved with ease, changing the balance of a room almost instantly.

And then there's the cream. It wasn't a standard option, so we insisted on making it one. It's more complex and expensive to produce and will therefore be available in limited quantities. To us, it's also the color that brings out the very best in HUGO.

Materials & Craftsmanship

A slender stainless-steel frame gives HUGO strength without visual weight, while saddle leather introduces warmth, texture and natural character. Over time, the leather may develop its own distinctive patina.

Together, the materials create a piece that feels considered from across the room and even better up close.
